A lot actually goes into these shoots: Hair, makeup, outfit, location, time of day, a good relationship with your photographer, confidence, trust, and of course good vibes.
Perhaps the #1 question asked of Professional Photographers is: "Are you going to help me pose?" Posing is suppose to be something natural as one cap doesn't fit all. Be unapologetically you, be comfortable in your skin.
